16x16 interface ideal for immersive audio.

The Symphony I/O MK II audio interface is built for the most demanding audio productions—especially immersive audio. With the recently released Monitor Workflows functionality, the 16x16 SE-equipped Symphony I/O is the plug-and-play solution to get started with Dolby Atmos and other immersive audio systems. Best of all, the SE conversion adds dimension to the added dimension of your multi-speaker monitoring setup. The 16x16 SE features the most advanced audio specifications of any Apogee interface ever. Greater dynamic range and a lower total harmonic distortion makes for enhanced purity and musicality in your listening experience.

A Difference You Can Hear

After the A/D and D/A conversion stages, the most crucial section of your audio interface is the analog output driver stage—the connection to your mixing and monitoring systems. The 16x16 SE’s ultra-robust output driver stage preserves the integrity of your audio, regardless of cable length or input stage anomalies of the downstream devices.

20% More Efficient

In a masterful feat of electrical engineering, the 16x16 SE I/O module has fewer parts than its predecessor while also running about 20% more efficiently. That means a cooler running interface, even with a fully loaded 32x32 Symphony I/O chassis.
