All the sound of a high-end recording console, right from your desktop.
The Audient iD44 MkII takes the superb feature set of the original iD44 and takes it up a notch or three with improved audio performance, added features and a classy new look. With the addition of audio loop-back and a new dual-headphone output, the iD44 MkII is as close as you can get to having a full Audient console on your desktop.
Four Audient Console mic preamps, with the same discrete circuit design as in their ASP8024-HAE recording console, deliver super-low noise and distortion, plus just a touch of classic analog warmth. The class-leading converters provide an amazing 126dB of dynamic range with subtle detail and an honest, transparent openness with the latest generation of converters providing a huge 9dB improvement in THD+N. The balanced inserts allow easy use of outboard processing and make sure you’ve got a pristine signal flow from front to back. ADAT I/O for digital expandability enables you to add additional mic pres, instruments and more.
A pair of JFET instrument inputs that replicate the input stage of classic tube amplifiers give you a perfect match for guitars and basses when you bring them in direct and use any of the wide range of amp/cabinet sims on the market. The impedance matching also makes reamping easy.
Step up to a new generation of audio interface and see what you’ve been missing with the iD44 MkII from Audient.
