A classic maple snare drum, crafted by hand from premium materials
Barton maple snare drums capture the classic sound that has formed the backbeat of modern music. All their maple snare drums are designed and built from scratch, using premium 100% North American maple wood. This model features a 9-ply shell, 45° inner bearing edges and rounded outer edges, hand-sanded to be perfectly level. The shell is then fitted with 2.3 mm triple-flange hoops and ten classic-style lugs. For the sparkle finishes, glitter is rubbed on the shell by hand, then sealed with clear lacquer. These drums are a perfect statement of Barton’s philosophy: boutique-quality drums, priced for the working drummer.
