Shift frequencies like a legend with the 1630 Bode module.

The 1630 Bode Frequency Shifter module from Behringer authentically recreates the iconic '70s module. With state-of-the-art circuitry including a voltage-controlled oscillator, the 1630 Bode shifts the entire frequency spectrum of any input signal from -5 to +5 kHz. Simply plug in your audio source and start turning the giant knob to raise or lower frequencies. You can also vary the amount of shift with the Scale knob, switching between linear or exponential control.

Minimize Carrier Bleed-Through With Variable Threshold

Additional controls on the 1630 Bode Frequency Shifter give you creative ways to alter your sound. The variable threshold squelch minimizes carrier bleed-through and can be used to creatively shape the input signal's characteristics. Connect up to three control voltages as well as four separate output signals to expand your sonic possibilities.

Mix With Other Eurorack Modules

Designed to fit into any standard Eurorack case, the 1630 Bode Frequency Shifter integrates seamlessly into your modular synthesis setup. Just connect the included power cables to your power supply and mount the module with the provided screws. Combining the 1630 Bode with other synth modules allows you to craft a truly unique system.

Authentic '70s Sound

With meticulous attention to detail, Behringer has recreated the legendary Bode frequency shifter module that defined the sound of the 1970s. Turn the giant knob and shift your frequencies like the innovators who pioneered these tools decades ago. The 1630 Bode brings vintage tone to your modern Eurorack modular rig.
