The built-in 16-step sequencer makes it easy to program up to 250 patterns across seven tracks. You can save and recall sequences in the four pattern groups, providing endless options for song creation. The sequencer is highly interactive, letting you program the steps in real time for organic, evolving patterns. The end result is pulsing basslines and melodic leads that flow effortlessly into your mixes.
Poly Chain Enables 16-Voice Polyphony
While the TD-3 is monophonic, you can link multiple units with the Poly Chain function to achieve up to 16-voice polyphony. This provides expanded possibilities for chordal parts and thicker textures. Poly Chain also delivers improved stability compared to the TB-303. With 11 hands-on controls and 28 switches, the TD-3 puts vital parameters right at your fingertips. You can even utilize the patchbay to connect external devices and take your sound design further.
