The Chapman ML1 RS features a Swamp Ash body, Mahogany Neck-through design with 24 Jumbo frets, an Ebony fingerboard, and 2 Chapman Ceramic Humbucking pickups.
Designed with Chapman artist Rob Scallon, this 6-string was built not only for making metal, but a wide variety of genres. With inspiration from the ML-7S, Chapman artist Rob Scallon wanted a mahogany body base with similar pickups. Capable of brutal attack, lyrical melody and some serious funk, thanks to the custom Chapman ceramic humbuckers and mahogany neck-through construction, it's fun and satisfying to play, whether you're djenting your brains out or singing a lullaby. The looks are stunning, too, with swamp ash wings that complement the mahogany and black hardware.
