The Kerry King V was designed to live up to those standards with a resonant mahogany body and a 3-piece maple set-through neck featuring a 24.75" scale length, C neck shape and ebony fingerboard with 24 jumbo frets. Equipped with an EMG 81 and 85 with a PA2 Preamp Booster pickup at the bridge, the Dean Kerry King Signature also includes a Kahler Hybrid tremolo system for unlimited whammy bar attacks and dives.
