The JP BFR Majesty 8's 24 stainless steel frets are arranged in a gradual fan, measuring 27" on the bass side and 25.5" on the treble side. The fanned frets enable you to explore the extended range and tune the 8th string down to F# for a rumbling low end.

This limited-edition Ball Family Reserve collection is the pinnacle of guitar craftsmanship with only 100 6-string and 50 7-string versions available in three striking finishes: Blue Ink, Red Nebula and Arctic Aurora. The Red Nebula guitars feature alder wings, a thick quilt maple top and a Honduran mahogany/flame maple neck through, while the Arctic Aurora and Blue Ink models boast black limba wings, a thick burl maple top and a Honduran mahogany/flame maple neck-through. This 8-string model comes in Her Majesty’s Request, Black Frosting, Gravity Green, Blue Silk and Oxblood finishes.
