The Fender American Vintage II 1975 Telecaster Deluxe electric guitar celebrates the original model, which holds the distinction of being Fender’s first solidbody Telecaster with two humbuckers. Like the original, the American Vintage II 1975 Telecaster Deluxe sports a large Stratocaster-style headstock, comfort-contoured belly cut and pair of Wide-Range humbucking pickups mounted to an elongated pickguard with dual volume and tone controls, and a 3-way switch located on the upper bout. To create authentic Wide-Range humbucking pickups, Fender resurrected CuNiFe magnets, which had been out of production since 1981—an essential element in recreating the sonics of the original.

Featuring a ’75 C-shaped hard rock maple neck, the American Vintage II 1975 Telecaster Deluxe plays like a dream with a 9.25"-radius maple fingerboard and vintage tall frets. Characteristic of production in 1975, it is outfitted with a convenient "Bullet"-style truss rod nut, three-bolt neck plate with Micro-Tilt mechanism and classic finishes over an alder body. Additional appointments include a 6-saddle hardtail bridge with stainless steel block saddles and vintage-accurate Tele Deluxe tuners. This solidbody guitar comes with a vintage-style black case with an orange interior.
