The Hoyer 801 is an excellent German made double horn made for the advancing player. The 801 features a .468-inch bore with a Geyer-style wrap valve cluster and mechanical 3B linkage system for excellent response and valve action.
The 12.2-inch medium throat fixed yellow brass bell allows for superior resonance and projection. A gold brass leadpipe offers excellent, centered response and corrosion resistance.
The 801 also features an adjustable thumb lever and hand rest for optimum player comfort. The Hoyer HH801 includes a case and mouthpiece and is available in lacquer finish.
