Designed by Chris Martin, the standard CEO 7E is a "00" slope shouldered short-scale guitar reminiscent of models from the Golden Era. This Martin Custom CEO acoustic-electric features an Autumn Sunset Burst finish, Golden Age Relic Nickel 2517 tuners with cream plastic buttons, and authentic headplate lettering. Its solid Adirondack spruce top and ebony fretboard provide guitarists with a nice, booming sound. The ebony fretboard is complemented by solid genuine mahogany back and sides for complex tonality. Other features include a straight-line bridge with drop-in saddle, dovetail neck joint, X-scalloped bracing, a modified V neck, Old Style 18 positioning inlays, and a Delmar tortoise color pickguard. Perfect for musicians in situations where the guitar needs to stand out and sound natural, this guitar is equipped with the Martin Gold+Plus Pickup, which is voiced to control boominess and provide extra brightness.
