The bowls are made from bronze alloy in India that produces a soothing ring when tapped or rubbed with a mallet for a calming sensation.

This set comes with two singing bowls and two suction holders that allow you to freely move with the bowls during therapy or focus on certain parts of the body while retaining that pure, sensory experience. Also included is a mallet that's made from solid wood and coating with suede for gentle tapping and rubbing along with two felt rings for the bowls to rest on.

 **Manufacturer note: do not hold any singing bowl above the face or body with the suction holders. Before using the suction holders, the singing bowls should be completely free of dust and the suction pads should be slightly moistened. The suction holders are pressed in the center of the singing bowls and lifted by the rods.
