MES Tuition
This agreement will entitle the student to in-school music classes for the 2024 – 2025 school year. Classes will be held on days and times when school is in session.
Tuition is billed in equal monthly installments of $79.00. Your first payment accounts for one month of tuition. subsequent payments will be charged on the 15th of every month starting 30 days after registration. Final payment for all classes will occur on May 15th regardless of enrollment date. Class payments are set-up on EZ Pay. You will not receive a bill or statement. If tuition is not paid in a timely manner, your student may be excluded from classes until the outstanding balance is paid. If you are also renting an instrument, any rental fees will still accrue.
I hereby authorize Music & Arts to effect payment for approved monthly fees for the duration of classes through credit card automatic billing. Music & Arts is not responsible for classes canceled by the school due to school activities, inclement weather, holidays, or for any other reason. Each class will be taught by a Band Director who is an employee of Music & Arts. Any make-ups or extra practices / rehearsals will be scheduled at the Band Director’s discretion. Extra-curricular programs such as concerts, performances, solo & ensemble competition, and other activities may be changed or cancelled at any time, at the sole discretion of your Band Director.
Automatic credit card billing authorization is to remain in full effect unless Music & Arts has received written notification of cancellation (which may be provided by email at the designated email address) or online cancellation notification, using MyAccount. You may cancel your classes at any time; future-month payments will not be due. There will be no refunds, pro-rated or otherwise, for the month in which the cancellation notification is received.
If virtual learning is instituted, it is possible that one or more of these classes may take place online. For every online class, you will be emailed a secure link that will start a class session with your instructor at the scheduled time. If you do not receive this email at least two hours before the scheduled start of your class:
You may opt out of virtual classes by cancelling your classes, as detailed above.
Your Band Director will reach out to you at the start of the school year, and also periodically to update you on the program and your child’s progress. Contact information will be provided.
