The Oscar Schmidt 21-chord auto harp plays in eleven different keys and features a patented chord bar configuration that makes it easy to learn and play for years to come. This beautiful 1930’s reissue is truly a unique instrument with a classic design that distinguishes it from all the rest. These auto harps have the appearance of older autoharps but feature the contraction of newer models. The OS73CE is made from a combination of solid spruce and mahogany, with a backside made from mahogany to help complement the beautiful sounds produced by the autoharp. Also, to keep with the heritage feel of the OS73 line of autoharps, the autoharp uses “type A” strings that attach to the instrument using a peg and loop system.
