The Spector USA NS-5 bass continues the legacy started in a small wood shop in Brooklyn, NY in 1976. This NS-5 features a highly figured maple top over a lightweight and resonant swamp ash back. A 3-piece maple neck runs the entire length of the instrument and is paired with a Birdseye maple fingerboard with unique ebony crown inlays for a striking, yet sophisticated look. For electronics, this bass is equipped with the iconic combination of active EMG pickups and Spector’s proprietary HAZ preamp. Additionally, this NS-5 is outfitted with custom, professional-grade gold hardware including Spector’s hi-mass locking bridge, Dunlop strap locks and branded Gotoh tuners.
