I've played this violin for over a year and it's good. Stays in tune even with lots of practice. Easy to tune. A bit quieter than other violins I've tried. Plucking sounds weird sometimes almost like fret buzz even though it's only tape on the fingerboard (maybe needs a repair?) It's easy to play though, all strings easily make sound even with like no weight on the bow. Didn't come with the accessories its meant to come with though. Case is shaped and cannot fit shoulder rest even though picture has rectangle one. I looked inside violin and its the correct model though. Bow is good and screw does turn good.

These instruments are pretty, sound great, and are durable for middle schoolers. Highly pleased

I am an orchestra director. The Strobel violins stay in tune. The bow adjustment screw sometimes gets difficult to screw in or works itself out too far.

I bought it as a gift for my daughter's graduation. Amazing sound. I loved it and so does she.
