The Tension Lock is an accessory to prevent tension bolts from loosening while playing. Simply set it on the tension bolt head—its unique shape fits perfectly. A significant benefit is that the Tension Lock can stay on the tension rod when tuning the drum, you do not have to remove it, thanks to the elastic O-ring around its hole. This is a uniquely TAMA patented design that is very convenient and saves the drummer time.
