Features a medium-shallow cup with a customized William Tottle backbore design.

The Maurice Murphy Signature Series trumpet mouthpieces were designed in cooperation with the legendary Maurice Murphy, who spent 30 years as principle trumpet for the London Symphony Orchestra. These feature a medium-shallow cup with a customized William Tottle backbore design for a brilliant and powerful tone that has a lyrical quality excellent for solo work while allowing superior control at all dynamic levels. The Maurice Murphy trumpet mouthpieces are a great choice for orchestral performance, but can be used among lead and section jazz players for their comfort and projection.
