The comfort of a steel string with the tone of a nylon string at an affordable price.
The Classic Design CN models combine the easy playability and distinct tone of nylon strings with the comfort of steel-string spacing. Fender has replaced the typically wide necks normally found on classical guitars with the same easy-to-play neck profile found on all other Classic Design models, with rolled fingerboard edges for incredible fret-hand feel ideal for beginners. The CN-60S also features a solid spruce top, the standard tonewood for acoustic guitar tops, as few woods can beat its strength, brightness and dynamic range, and it responds well to any acoustic playing style, from hard strumming to fast flatpicking or delicate fingerpicking. It also comes with mahogany back and sides, 3-in-line with amber pearloid buttons, dual-action truss rod and a CD Series pearloid rosette.
