Rich, varied sound with a Seymour Duncan humbucker and two Lace Sensor single-coils pickups.
The Godin Session R-HT PRO electric guitar features a double-cutaway basswood body for well-balanced tonality and a muscular midrange. The neck is made of hard maple for multidimensional, focused tone, and is paired with a rosewood fingerboard with 22 frets. The R-HT PRO’s sound is driven by a trio of pickups—a Seymour Duncan ’59 SH-1b humbucker at the bridge, and two Lace Sensor Hot Gold single-coils at the middle and neck. Together, they provide a massive tonal range, from powerful and warm distortion to a bright, open sound for arpeggio playing. Additional appointments include an “acoustically tuned” matte finish and fixed bridge with through holes that allow the strings to vibrate more freely, improving both the sustain and natural resonance of the guitar.
